Ovo Protein didn’t start in a boardroom.
It started in my kitchen — mid-challenge, mid-frustration, mid-silent scream.

It was October 2020. I had signed up for a Summer Challenge and was trying to hit my protein macros like a champ… but every option I reached for came with baggage:

Liquid egg whites? Slimy. Weird. And expired faster than my motivation.

Powdered options? Crazy expensive, full of fillers, or tasted like cardboard.

I wasn’t looking for magic dust. I just wanted real food.
Clean. Powerful. Affordable.

So I made it myself.
That’s how OVO — Portuguese for egg — was born.

From day one, this brand has been deeply personal.
I still answer DMs. I still help pack orders. I read every email.
Because this isn’t just a business — it’s a body-built promise. And I take it seriously.
